Hair Update

 

Self Relaxed @ 10 weeks  Jan 8, 2011

I'm so happy I made some progress. My first self-relax of the new year. Boy oh boy were my arms hurting. I recorded myself doing it. I may just post it. It might help someone one, who knows. 

I also did a tiny trim just to freshen up my end. 

Healthy ends are happy ends :)

Crazy For Purple

This was a makeup look that I did on my cousin Desiree about 2 weeks ago. She came over my house to get her hair relaxed, eyebrows done, and makeup since she was going out that night.

I used the Coastal scents palette. I used 4 colors. Purple for the lid, bronze for inner lid ,beige for the highlight and brown for the crease. Along with black eyeliner and black mascara. She has a hint of pink blush and purple lipstick also for the complete look.

Henna Treatment

This is My 2nd time using Henna & this brand.
 I used Half a pack because my hair is at neck length now.
When my hair was longer I used the whole pack.

Post Pregnancy Shedding

Im soooooooooooooo mad. No wait....I'm FED up with my hair. You would think by my recent hair pictures that my hair is doing well. Pictures can indeed fool the eye. Ive reached my breaking point when my son decided he wanted to be curious and tug on mommy hair.No..no..no Richard.Ouch.There was a chunk of hair between his little fingers.I looked down in disbelief as if l lost a loved one or shall i say a few. Can you believe he wanted to try again, well he thought the first round was funny, what the heck.

Im 6 months post pregnancy (10 months now) and my hair is still with this shedding nonsense. Its annoying. Its depressing. its discouraging..its..its..its just makes you wanna give up and just cut it all off( I did think about doing it, but i changed my mind..lol) ( I actually did Chop it..lol). I mean my hair isnt breaking thank the Lord. I
